While I could share a list of personal and professional accomplishments, what truly defines me is my unwavering commitment to self-growth and purposeful living. In 2019, my life took an unexpected turn when I was diagnosed with a neurological health condition that is progressive and has no cure. Because of this condition, I was medically retired from the United States Navy. My abrupt transition to civilian life presented numerous internal and external challenges, leaving me feeling disconnected, unsupported, and uncertain about my future.
From 2019 to 2022, I moved through various roles, searching for meaning and direction. Despite my efforts, I often felt unfulfilled and adrift. It wasn’t until 2023 that I made a pivotal decision—to take control of my narrative, redefine my purpose, and dedicate myself to helping others navigate their own paths toward a meaningful life.

I offer virtual and telephonic coaching sessions. Our journey begins with a complimentary 30-minute discovery call, during which we assess whether our partnership is the right fit. Upon mutual agreement, our second session will involve a comprehensive initial assessment designed to clearly define your short- and long-term goals—ranging from enhancing communication skills to fostering personal acceptance. These goals will serve as the foundation for a customized strategy aimed at helping you to achieve meaningful and lasting outcomes.
